<br />3. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide: <br /> <br />a) Health and Wellness enrichment activities <br /> <br />based on the requirements for <br /> <br />Healthy Kids Grant - including a minimum of 30 minutes a day of exercise, <br /> <br />nutrition education, etc. - 3 days a week, throughout the school year to the <br /> <br />conclusion of this agreement. <br /> <br />b) Free Red Morton Community Center (Teen Center) membership for students in <br />5th grade attending John Gill School ($10 per student value). <br /> <br />c) Coordinate all health and fitness activities for students at John Gill School. <br />d) Conduct Health and Wellness program reporting and evaluation per the grant <br /> <br />agreement. <br />e) Provide Sr. Recreation Leader or Recreation Supervisor administration on-site if <br /> <br />the Recreation Coordinator is absent. <br /> <br />4. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR shall hire: <br /> <br />a) A recreation coordinator for 10 hours per week <br /> <br />5.
