<br />Criteria for Two- Way Stop Signs <br />Redwood City staff determines "need for stop sign control" is <br />indicated by either: <br />"Restricted view": Less than 100 feet of sight-distance in <br />both directions from corner; OR <br />"Crash records": A verage of one reported accident per <br />year in recent years. <br />Petition requirement (if above criteria are satisfied): <br />Signatures from 10 or more dwelling units within one block <br />of the subject intersection, which must include all four <br />corners at a four-way intersection. <br />
