<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The School District agrees to provide: <br /> <br />a) Administrative Support <br />b) Teachers and/or Teacher Aides at each After-School Learning Site <br />c) Supervision of the children for the Academic portion of the after-school programs <br />d) Schedule and administer teaching programs in support of the Learning Sites <br />e) Provide classroom space for the Academic portion of the program <br />f) Provide transportation support to the Kennedy Middle School program <br /> <br />The School District agrees to perform all of the services of the agreement for a sum not <br />to exceed $205,194 including staffing salaries and benefits, supplies, training, insurance <br />and materials allocated as follows: <br /> <br />Hawes School: $27,648 <br /> <br />Fair Oaks School: $32,250 <br /> <br />Hoover School:$27,648 <br /> <br />Taft School: $27,648 <br /> <br />Kennedy Middle School: $90,000 <br /> <br />The reimbursement from the State ASES Grant for the Kennedy Middle School Program <br />will be for the full allowable amount up to $90,000 (this maximum amount based on <br />attendance reports and this reimbursement may be less than $90,000). The Redwood <br />City School District will be working with another vendor for the Kennedy Middle School <br />Program. The Redwood City School District assumes all responsibility for record <br />keeping, budgeting, reimbursement, liability, grant requirements and reporting for this <br />program. <br /> <br />9 <br />
