<br />.... <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />ADDENDUM No.1 <br />FOR <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE BETWEEN <br />THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />This addendum to the August 31,2006 contract between the Redwood City <br />School District and the City of Redwood City is effective June 28,2007. <br /> <br />Effective February 1, 2007 the California Department of Education increased <br />current After School Education and Safety (ASES) grants award amounts as a <br />result of Proposition 49. In addition, the City of Redwood City has transferred <br />fiscal agency of two grants from the City to the Redwood City School District <br />effective May 15, 2007. This was done to better coordinate and manage after <br />school funding by having the Redwood City School District be the fiscal agent for <br />all grants. As a result of these changes the contract for services between the <br />Redwood City School District and the City of Redwood City will increase from <br />$234,738 to $630,316, an increase of $395,578.
