4/3/00 <br />b. It will describe how payment is to be made, either cash by owner <br />deposited with the Redevelopment Agency or funds to be advanced by the City of <br />Redwood City and secured by a tax lien on the subject property to be abated. <br />C. It will state that if cash is to be paid by the property owner, these <br />funds are collected and deposited into an escrow account. Payments are to be <br />disbursed from this account and accurate record keeping maintained for 48 months. <br />d. It will state that if a lien is to be filed to secure the City's advance, <br />Planning & Redevelopment Staff will provide the final estimate of costs to carry out the <br />relocation, whether or not 100% of these funds are disbursed in lump sum, and an <br />accurate accounting of the relocation cost plus administrative fees will be forwarded to <br />the property owner and to the Finance Director who shall be responsible for filing the <br />tax lien with the County of San Mateo Tax Collector. Administrative fees shall be <br />established by the Finance Director in conjunction with the Building Official and <br />Planning and Redevelopment Manager. <br />2. Within ten (10) days from the effective date of the Resolution, the Planning <br />and Redevelopment Division will serve the owner of the subject property with a PRD <br />Notice . The PRD Notice shall accompany a Compliance Order and be served in <br />accordance with Section 3.4 of Chapter I of the Code of the City of Redwood City. The <br />PRD Notice will: <br />a. Confirm that Council action to demolish /convert or that the <br />Compliance Order to eliminate a substandard housing condition related to health and /or <br />safety in the affected building located at <br />b. Confirm applicability of Ordinance #2048 <br />C. Confirm that tenants will be contacted and advised of eligibility and <br />application process. <br />d. Confirm responsibility of paying for relocation costs. <br />e. Estimate costs - must pay within ten days or appeal determination to <br />City Council. <br />f. Define how to deposit funds. <br />g.
