4/3/00 <br />WHEREAS, the public health, welfare and safety require that the <br />economic hardship, the practical difficulties in obtaining replacement housing and <br />other adverse effects upon persons displaced by enforcement of the above <br />certain safety and health laws and regulations or development be minimized; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD AS FOLLOWS: <br />The document entitled "City of Redwood City Relocation Ordinance No. <br />2048 Implementing Guidelines" adopted April 5, 1993, is hereby amended by the <br />document entitled, "Amended Relocation Ordinance No. #2048 Implementing <br />Guidelines" (the "Amended Guidelines "), marked Exhibit "A," a copy of which is <br />attached hereto, which Amended Guidelines are hereby adopted pursuant to the <br />provisions of Section 42.10 of the City Code of Redwood City. <br />Reso -854 <br />f/sh /sh /RC /Council <br />FXS:fs <br />03/29/00 <br />13861 <br />
