You were advised that you <br />may have to move. Please be advised that the City of Redwood City is proceeding with <br />plans to demolish the building because the property owner has failed to abate the problem <br />by rehabilitation. <br />Abatement action has been confirmed and demolition will proceed, effective on <br />date. YOU MUST MOVE ON date. <br />You are entitled to receive relocation assistance payments sufficient to assure that you <br />will be able to lease a decent, safe, and sanitary housing unit for a period of 48 months. <br />Based on characteristics of location, unit size, amenities, location to schools, shopping, <br />employment, etc, a comparable replacement housing unit has been located at <br />address. The cost of the comparable replacement unit plus <br />estimated utility costs is $ per month. <br />The maximum total rent and utility allowance (based on the cost of the above mentioned <br />comparable unit) you will receive $ month over a 48 month period. The <br />payment is based on the difference in the cost of current rent plus utilities, that you <br />reported in your relocation needs assessment interview, and the cost of the comparable <br />
