ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13828 <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING PROCEEDINGS TO AMEND <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1130, AS AMENDED, THE REDWOOD CITY <br />ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING SECTION 15.4 <br />THERETO, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT OF THE <br />ISSUANCE OF USE PERMITS FOR MUSIC STUDIOS IN THE CG <br />ZONING DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City (the <br />Planning Commission ") has reviewed a proposed amendment to Section 13.4 of <br />Article 13 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance (the <br />"Zoning Ordinance "), relating to the requirement of the issuance of a conditional <br />use permit for music studios in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District ( "CN <br />District'); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has previously recommended to <br />this Council the adoption of an ordinance amending Section 13.4 of Article 13 of <br />the Zoning Ordinance relating to the requirement of the issuance of a for music <br />studios in the CN District; <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to also amend Section 15.4 of Article 15 <br />of the Zoning Ordinance relating to the requirement of the issuance of a <br />Conditional Use Permit for music studios in the CG (General Commercial) <br />District ( "CG District'); <br />2/7/00 <br />Reso -821 1 <br />FAsha redkedwood \council <br />FXS:rg <br />02/02/00 <br />
