This Council hereby finds, determines and declares that the computer <br /> equipment consisting of a desktop computer, keyboard, monitor and mouse is <br /> surplus; that it is no longer necessary or required for municipal purposes; and <br /> that the appraised value of said equipment to be conveyed is less than Five <br /> Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). <br /> <br /> 2.
