Taskl.2:Invoicing and Progress Reports <br />Consultant shall administer the project contract as appropriate to keep the project on <br />schedule and within budget. This includes submitting monthly invoices to the City with <br />progress reports that show task level descriptions of work completed and percent of <br />tasks completed, and an updated project schedule. <br />All design drawings, memoranda, mapping, and deliverables will be submitted and <br />distributed in electronic format whenever possible in an effort to promote sustainability <br />goals throughout the project. <br />Task 1.3: Quality Control <br />Consultant shall use quality control methods for products being delivered to the city, <br />specifically major deliverables such as public meeting materials, technical products and <br />estimates. <br />Task 1 Deliverables: <br />• Coordination with City Project Manager <br />• Detailed work plan and project schedule <br />• Monthly progress reports, budget update, and invoices <br />• Kick-off, meeting agenda and notes <br />• Monthly meeting agendas and meeting notes <br />• Quality control process <br />TASK 2: DATA COLLECTION AND EXISTING CONDITIONS REVIEW <br />Task2.1: Review Existing Conditions and Background Information <br />Within one week after the kick-off meeting City staff will deliver any available data and <br />previous planning work to the Consultant. The Consultant shall review the information <br />provided, which is anticipated to include: <br />• McKinley Institute of Technology and North Star Academy Walking and Bicycling <br />Audits (Parisi Transportation Consulting, 2014) <br />• Citywide Transportation Plan Walk Audits (Fehr & Peers, 2018) <br />• Recommendations that were compiled in the conducted walk audits for San <br />Mateo County's Safe Routes to School Program Guidelines <br />• City's utility data, including utility block maps, as-builts from the previous <br />pavement projects, potholing information from recent adjacent project (Hudson <br />Bicycle and Pedestrian Project). <br />Page 11 of 23 <br />REV: 03-28-19 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.074/Alta Planning + Design, Inc. <br />
