Task 4: 90% PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES Consultant shall meet with the City to review and begin to incorporate comments received on the 65% PS&E submittal, along with any other data collected, and refine the documents for the 90% PS&E submittal. Comments and responses shall be compiled into a matrix to document the process and original redlines shall be returned to the City. Draft technical specifications shall be prepared in accordance with the outline specifications prepared for the 65% PS&E. Requirements for all material submittals shall be included in the draft specifications. Similarly, the opinion of probable construction costs shall be updated and submitted. The 90% design shall consist: signing and striping drawings, street lighting and signal design, civil design and grading, construction notes, construction cost estimates and construction schedule. Consultant shall transmit the 90% PS&E to the City for review and attend a meeting to review the documents. Consultant may move forward with the 100% PS&E preparation in parallel with the City's review of the 65% PS&E in order to keep the project delivery on the schedule. Task.4 Deliverables: • 90% PS&E - Two (2) hardcopy sets of 24" X 36" plan documents, along with 8.5" X 11" specifications and estimates. Electronic versions will be provided as well. Electronic drawings with be compatible with AutoCAD 2015. • 65% plan redlines with City's comments • Comment matrix in Word format Task 5: 100% PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES Consultant shall meet with the City to review and begin to incorporate comments received on the 90% PS&E submittal and refine the documents for the 100% PS&E submittal. Comments and responses shall be compiled into a matrix to document the process and original redlines shall be returned to the City. Consultant shall prepare a final (100%) bid set including the final technical specifications and opinion of probable of construction costs, along with final plans that include all the sheets previously described. Consultant shall also include a line item bid schedule formatted to include in the bid package (to be filled in by each bidder). Task.5 Deliverables: • 100% PS&E - Four (4) hardcopy sets of 24" X 36" plan documents, along with 8.5" X 11" specifications and estimates. Electronic versions will be provided as well.
