EXHIBIT "B" - FEE SCHEDULE <br />PROPERTY TAX AUDIT <br />At the City's request, the Property Tax service will be provided for a contingency fee of 20%. <br />This fee applies to reallocations for the fiscal year during which the Date of Correction falls and <br />all eligible prior period revenues corrected. The fee also applies to Corrected Allocations for <br />three (3) subsequent Roll Years from the Date of Correction. Consultant shall invoice City for <br />the above fee at least annually, based on recoveries actually received by City. <br />PROPERTY TAX INFORMATION (PROPERTYL/NKTM) <br />Annual Fee. The Annual Fee for PropertyL/NKT is not to exceed $7,600 and to be paid in <br />quarterly installments of $1,875 at the beginning of each calendar quarter after implementation <br />of the Service. <br />a) The Annual Fee is adjusted at the beginning of each calendar year by the percentage <br />change in the Consumer Price Index for the City's geographic region as reported by <br />the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The initial adjustment will occur in January, 2020. <br />b) The Annual Fee includes: <br />• 24 Hour access to the PropertyL/NKTM systems <br />• User support for up to 5 users (Additional users will increase Price.) <br />• Periodic maintenance releases of PropertyL/NKTm <br />CAFR <br />Consultant's' fee for the basic CAFR report package (Assessed & Estimated Market Values, <br />Direct & Overlapping Property Tax Rates, Property Tax Land Use Distribution, Principal <br />Property Tax Payers and Principal Sales Tax Producers) are included with the PropertyLlNK <br />fee. <br />Additional CAFR reports are (subject to change): <br />• Direct and Overlapping Debt $500 <br />• Principal Employers $1,000 <br />• Demographics and Economic Statistics $175 <br />REV: 04-09-19 DZ <br />Page 16 of 16 <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.081/MuniServices, LLC - Property Tax Consultant <br />
