Information Accuracy and Loading <br />Consultant is not responsible for the accuracy of data Consultant acquires to be loaded into the <br />PropertyLINKTm system. City understands that Consultant will make all commercially reasonable <br />attempts to reconcile the information in the PropertyL/NKTm system with those certified <br />assessed value reports. City understands, however, and acknowledges that Consultant does <br />not guarantee (or warrant or promise) that information in the PropertyL/NKTm system will <br />balance with the certified assessed value reports generated by the AuditoAController's office. <br />City agrees that failure of the information in the PropertyLINKTm system to balance with the <br />certified assessed value reports generated by the Auditor\Controller's office is not a breach of <br />this Agreement. <br />City's Assistance <br />City is responsible for providing all equipment, facilities, connection services, and personnel <br />required for City and its authorized users to access the Software. City is solely responsible for <br />the configuration, use, and maintenance of any software or equipment that Consultant does not <br />provide to City. Any loss of availability caused by City's software or equipment is not <br />Consultant's responsibility. <br />City understands that the VPN and the Services may contain encryption software that is or may <br />be subject to U.S. export controls under the Export Administration Regulations. City will not <br />export the VPN or Services without obtaining the appropriate licenses from the U.S. Bureau of <br />Export Administration.
