Waive First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance amending City Code Chapter 33A, Article I (Temporary <br />Street Closures) and Article III (Regulations for Courthouse Square); <br />2. Adopt a Resolution pursuant to California Vehicle Code section 21101(e) authorizing the Chief of Police <br />to temporarily close City streets; <br />3. Adopt a Resolution updating the Schedule of Fees related to events at Courthouse Square and other <br />Special Events; <br />4. Adopt a Resolution updating the Courthouse Square Administrative Guidelines; and <br />5. By motion, direct staff to administratively incorporate the proposed fees into the City's Master Fee <br />Schedule. <br />6.
