The City will notify the applicant in writing if the application is preliminarily
approved, which is subject to receipt of the non-refundable application fee and the
cleaning and damage deposit. The City will notify the applicant if the application is
denied, citing the reason(s) for denial.
D. If an application is granted, the applicant may be requested to attend a pre -event
meeting to discuss the proposed event with the Courthouse Square Event Team.
Topics to be addressed may include: the number of portable toilets, waste and
recycling containers, medical personnel, security personnel, equipment, relevant
supplemental permits, ABC permits, street -closure permits, County Health permits
and logistical support.
E.
