This agreement shall be effective from the date first above written until <br />June 30, 2019. <br />3. Structure of Redwood City 2020. <br />a. Leadership Council. The Redwood City 2020 Leadership Council is <br />composed of up to two voting representatives from each of the collaborative partners' <br />governing policy boards. <br />b. Executive Team. The Redwood City 2020 Executive Team is composed <br />of executive leaders (e.g., superintendent, executive director, chief operating officer, <br />senior manager, etc.) from each of the partner organizations — Canada College, City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo (Health System and Human Service Agency), <br />Redwood City School District, Sequoia Union High School District, Kaiser Permanente, <br />the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University — Stanford University, the <br />Sequoia Healthcare District. <br />C. The Leadership Council and the Executive Team follow the structure <br />described in Exhibit A (Governance Structure), which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />4. Redwood City 2020 Staff. It is understood that Redwood City 2020 will require <br />the services of an Executive Director and related support staff for its day-to-day operations. The <br />Leadership Council has designated the City of Redwood City to contract for the Executive <br />Director, Administrative Assistant, and necessary staff positions on behalf of Redwood City <br />2020. The City serves as the fiscal agent for the employees and related expenses. <br />5. Funding. With the exception of the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford <br />Junior University — Stanford University, which shall contribute twelve thousand and five hundred <br />dollars ($12,500), each of the Parties shall contribute at least twenty-five thousand dollars <br />($25,000) annually to support the work of Redwood City 2020. For the 2018-2019 fiscal year, <br />SUHSD acknowledges that they will make a twenty-five thousand dollar ($25,000) contribution <br />for fiscal year 2018-19. Redwood City 2020 will invoice SUHSD twenty-five thousand dollars <br />($25,000) upon execution of this agreement. On behalf of the County, its County Health System <br />and Department of Health and Human Services will each contribute twelve thousand five <br />hundred dollars ($12,500). <br />a. As Fiscal Agent, the City is authorized to receive money on behalf of <br />Redwood City 2020. The money received on behalf of Redwood City 2020 shall be <br />disbursed, as requested, by the Redwood City 2020 Executive Director in writing, <br />subject to City administrative procedures. <br />b. At no time shall the City be under any obligation to disburse money to <br />Redwood City 2020 in excess of the amount on deposit.
