WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional traffic engineering <br />services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DKS Associates of San Jose, California, represents that it is <br />qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services - Traffic Study/Environmental Analysis for 2300 Middlefield Road" (form <br />dated 07/15/99), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and DKS Associates of San Jose, <br />California, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the fUll particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-714 2 13704 <br />F:~shared~redwood\cou ncil <br />FXS:djk <br />07/15/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
