Affidavit of Mailing the Notice to Abate is attached hereto and marked Exhibit D; <br />a letter/notice dated July 14, 1999, and Affidavit of Mailing thereof are attached <br />hereto and marked Exhibits E and F, respectively; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has received extensive evidence that the <br />building at 303 Heller Street has become dilapidated and has numerous <br /> <br />Housing, Fire and other Code violations; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The building at 303 Heller Street is determined to be a public nuisance <br />because such building endangers the life, health, property, and safety of the <br />occupants of such building and affects the health and safety of the neighborhood <br />and persons in the surrounding vicinity of such structure. <br /> <br /> 2.
