<br />Proposal For City of Redwood City Emergency Management Training and Consultation <br />D. SCHEDULE <br />We propose to perform the scope of work described in Section D according to the following <br />schedule, beginning with the Notice to Proceed: <br />Task 1 Schedule <br />Upon project initiation the following Monday through Thursday schedule will be available for a <br />period of two months. Courses will be held three times a day, during the hours to be <br />determined by the Emergency Operations Manager and Aanko to maximize employee <br />participation. PROPOSED FEES <br />We propose to perform the scope of work described in Section D on a project not to exceed fee <br />of $29,100.00 before the Repeat Customer Discount. With the Repeat Customer Discount <br />(5%), the total not to exceed fee is $27,645.00. Aanko shall perform the work within the <br />budget allocated.
