Exhibit "D", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice and Ballot are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> (f) The Notice of Election and Hearing to be published, posted and mailed <br />to the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of Exhibit <br />"E", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> (g) Public hearing upon the proposed assessments shall be held upon <br />the date and at the time and place hereinafter specified, upon the conclusion of <br />which hearing this Council shall consider all protests against the proposed <br />assessment and tabulate the ballots: <br /> <br /> Date: July26, 1999 <br /> <br /> Time: 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the <br /> matter may be heard <br /> <br /> Place: City Hall <br /> 1017 Middlefleld Road <br /> Redwood City, California <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of said <br />election and hearing by causing a copy of the notice of the election and hearing <br />(in the form of Exhibit E) to be (i) mailed, postage prepaid, to the owners of any <br />lot or parcel of property subject to a benefit assessment for the costs of <br />maintenance and operation of the Improvements, (ii) published once in the <br />official newspaper of the City and (iii) posted on or near the Council chamber <br />door or any bulletin board in or adjacent to the City Hall.
