At this time we have idenrified several alternative locations but we have not entered in#a any formal negot�ations. We expect the premises wili be used for administrative office space and we expect the lease to be presented to the Board of Supervisors within 60 days. However, as we are required to pravide this notice 60 days before the approval of the lease,please refer to the on-line Board of Supervisors agendas to get the actual date of the hearing. Section 25351 provides that the 6Q-day notification requirements may be waived if the city councii consents,by resolution,thereto. The County hereby requests that the City Council adopt a resalution waiving the b0-day notification requirement. The City's caoperation in granting this request will enahle the Mental Health Department to occupy the abave location on, or before, its target date of Qctober ls`.
