5/17/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL -- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13636 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION SUMMARILY VACATING RIGHT-OF-WAY AND <br /> EASEMENTS; DEDICATING ACCESS EASEMENT TO THE <br /> STATE; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT THE <br /> GRANT DEED AND GRANT OF EASEMENT DEED IN <br /> EXCHANGE THEREFOR; AND TO FILE SAID GRANT DEED <br /> AND THE EASEMENT DEED FOR RECORDATION <br /> <br /> (SHORES CENTER UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with <br /> 18330), Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br /> California, this Council may summarily vacate right-of-way and easements, if <br /> such right-of-way and easements have been superseded by relocation and that <br /> there are no other public facilities located within said right-of-way and <br /> easements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the right-of-way and easements as shown on Exhibits UAl" <br />through "A4" and "Bi" through "B4" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, are no longer required for public uses provided that said <br />right-of-way and easements are relocated; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to dedicate a 50-foot access easement as <br />described on Exhibit "A5" and depicted on Exhibit "B5" hereof, attached hereto <br />and by the reference incorporated herein to the State of California; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Owners of record of the properties affected thereby, <br />propose to convey to the City of Redwood City the grant deed and grant of <br /> <br />Reso-661 <br />FXS:djk 1 <br />F:shared/redwood/council <br />05107/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
