easement deed described on Exhibits "A6" and "A7" and depicted "B6" and "B7" <br /> respectively, in exchange for the right-of-way and easements to be vacated; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the value of the property interest to be received by the City <br /> pursuant to said exchange equals or exceeds the value of the property interest to <br /> be vacated; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOR; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby finds that those certain right-of-way and <br />easements described on Exhibits "Al" through "A4" and depicted on Exhibits <br />"BI" through "B4" respectively, with the designation, "Description for Vacation of <br />Right-of-Way" (recorded Document No. 30.R. 359), Description of Vacation of <br />Public Utilities Easement" (portion of recorded Document No. 4104 O.R. 497), <br />"Description of Vacation of Road License" (portion of recorded Document No. <br />5399 O.R. 579), and "Description of Vacation of Drainage and Access <br />Easement" (portion of recorded Document Nos. 2491 O.R. 130 and 4104 O.R. <br />497) have been superseded by relocation, there are no other public facilities <br />located within said right-of-way and easements, and said right-of-way and <br />easements shall be, and are hereby ordered, vacated. <br /> <br /> 2. This Council hereby finds that it is willing to dedicate to the State of <br />California a 50-foot access easement as described on Exhibit "A5" and depicted <br /> <br />Reso*661 2 <br />FXS:djk <br />F:shared/redwood/cou ncJJ <br />05/07/99 <br /> <br /> 13636 <br /> <br /> <br />
