3. Terms of Membership. The term of office of each member of the <br />Architectural Advisory Committee shall be four (4) years, expiring on May 31 of <br />the fourth year; provided, however, that appointments to the Committee shall <br />be made such that terms shall expire in even-numbered years. The members <br />in good standing of the Architectural Advisory Committee ("AAC") shall <br />constitute the members of the Architectural Review Committee ("ARC"). Each <br />member of the ARC shall continue serving his/her term commenced as a <br />member of the AAC until the expiration of his/her term. <br /> <br /> 4. Meetin,qs. The Committee shall meet upon the call of the Zoning <br />Administrator of the City of Redwood City (the "Zoning Administrator"). All <br />meetings shall be open to the public and governed by the provisions of the <br />Ralph M. Brown Act, Government Code Section 54950, et seq. Three members <br />present shall constitute a quorum of the Committee for the transaction of <br />business. <br /> <br /> 5. Officers. The Committee shall elect a chairperson who shall preside <br />at all meetings. The Committee may elect such other officers as it deems <br />appropriate for the conduct of its business. <br /> <br /> 6. Staff Support. The Zoning Administrator shall serve as staff advisor <br /> to the Committee, and shall provide such staff support and assistance as is <br /> necessary or appropriate for the Committee to carry out its activities. <br /> <br /> 7. Duties.
