concerning building and landscape architecture, site design, and signs and <br />review and approve others. Specifically, the Committee shall: <br /> <br /> a) Review the Redwood City Urban Design Guidelines and make <br /> recommendations pertaining thereto; <br /> <br /> b) Upon request of the Zoning Administrator, review and approve <br /> applications for architectural 3ermits pertaining to multi-family <br /> dwellings, residential subdivisions, signs, landscaping, <br /> commercial and industrial buildings and new structures and <br /> additions to existing buildings; <br /> <br /> c) Upon request of the Zoning Administrator, make <br /> recommendations to him or her, or other City staff members <br /> designated by the Zoning Administrator, regarding architectural <br /> aspects of both private and public projects of an unusual or <br /> controversial nature; <br /> <br /> d) Upon request of the Zoning Administrator, make <br /> recommendations regarding architectural issues raised on appeal <br /> to the City Council in connection with the issuance or denial of <br /> entitlements or other project approvals or denials; <br /> <br /> e) Provide such other recommendations pertaining to architectural <br /> matters regarding private and public projects in the City of <br /> Redwood City as deemed appropriate by, and upon request of, <br /> the Zoning Administrator or the City Council. <br /> <br /> Reso-666 4 <br /> F/sh/sh/RC/Council <br /> FXS:rg <br /> o5/~o/99 13632 <br /> <br /> <br />
