The employee should <br /> have i ,000 hours of experience in recreation program <br /> planning. <br /> <br />Recreation Specialist II An employee at this level acts as a lead at a recreation <br /> program site within the Parks, Recreation and Community <br /> Services Department. The employee would have i,000 <br /> hours of experience in recreation program planning. The <br /> employee is responsible for administrative functions at the <br /> recreation site, such as completing casual staff evaluations, <br /> monitoring and tracking the budget. <br /> <br /> Recreation Specialist III An employee in this level acts as a lead at a recreation <br /> program site within the Parks, Recreation and Community <br /> Services Department and has a college degree from a <br /> certified four-year university or college. The employee is <br /> required to have 2,000 hours of experience in recreation <br /> program planning. The employee is also responsible for <br /> administrative functions at the recreation site, such as <br /> completing staff evaluations, monitoring and tracking the <br /> budget and purchasing supplies. <br /> <br /> 13630 <br /> <br /> <br />
