EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> DELINQUENT UTILITY SERVICE CHARGE SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> 1. Definitions. As used in this schedule, the following terms shall have <br /> the meanings respectively ascribed thereto: <br /> <br /> a. "Delinquent or delinquency' means, with reference to any utility <br /> <br /> service charge or fee one which has not been paid within thirty (30) <br /> days of the date of billing. <br /> <br /> b. "Delinquent utility service charge" means the charge imposed for <br /> the costs incurred by the City in processing and collecting unpaid or <br /> delinquent fees and charges for utility services. <br /> <br /> c. "Director" means the Director of Finance of the City of Redwood or <br /> <br /> his or her designee. <br /> <br /> d. "Utility service" means water, sanitary sewerage, garbage <br /> collection and disposal and recycling collection and disposal <br /> services. <br /> <br /> e.
