(iv) $100.00 for re-instituting service for fourth discontinuance or <br /> <br /> each discontinuance in excess of the fourth within said time <br /> period. The Director may waive any such charge if the facts <br /> of a particular situation demonstrate a justifiable reason for <br /> the failure to make timely payment. <br /> <br /> d. Unauthorized Service. In addition to the foregoing charges, a <br /> <br /> charge of $20.00 shall be imposed for the use of any utility service <br /> after discontinuance thereof for non-payment of fees and charges; <br /> provided, that said charge shall also be in addition to costs incurred <br /> by the City in effecting repairs to any utility facilities damaged by <br /> such unauthorized use. <br /> <br /> e. Interest. In addition to the foregoing charges, interest shall be <br /> charged at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.50%) per month <br /> on any unpaid balance of delinquent utility service charges. <br /> <br /> f. Mode of Payment.
