<br />6.10 <br />Page 49 <br /> <br />the medical care component of the Consumer Price lndex and shall <br />be rounded to the nearest dollar. . <br /> <br />19.1.3 The City shall establish in accordance with Section 125 of the IRS <br />Code a Cafeteria Plan establishing the following individual accounts <br />for each active employee: <br /> <br />19.1.4 <br /> <br />19.1.5 <br /> <br />A. <br />B. <br />C. <br /> <br />Group Health Plan Medical Premiums <br />Dependent Care <br />Health Care Reimbursement <br /> <br />For the period January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006, the <br />City's maximum combined monthly contribution for each eligible <br />full-time employee for the aforementioned Group Health Benefit <br />Plan and Cafeteria Plan shall be one thousand twelve dollars and <br />thirty-nine cents ($1,012.39) per month per employee minus any <br />costs incurred by the City to maintain the Cafeteria Plan in <br />compliance with IRS Code Section 125, and minus any costs <br />incurred by the City to maintain the Group Health Benefits Plan in <br />compliance with Government Code Section 22751, et seq. <br /> <br />Such costs include, but are not limited to, surcharges and/or <br />administrative fees. The actual maximum monthly contribution per <br />active employee, once these charges have been deducted, is <br />estimated to be nine hundred forty-seven dollars and seventy-nine <br />cents ($947.79) for 2006. <br /> <br />For the period January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2009, the <br />City's maximum combined monthly contribution for each eligible <br />full-time employee for the aforementioned Group Health Benefit <br />Plan and Cafeteria Plan shall be one thousand one-hundred twenty- <br />one dollars and four cents ($1,121.04) per month per employee <br />minus any costs incurred by the City to maintain the Cafeteria Plan <br />in compliance with IRS Code Section 125, and minus any costs <br />incurred by the City to maintain the Group Health Benefits Plan in <br />compliance with Government Code Section 22751, et seq. <br /> <br />Such costs include, but are not limited to, surcharges and/or <br />administrative fees. The actual maximum monthly contribution per <br />active employee, once these charges have been deducted, is <br />estimated to be one thousand forty dollars and twenty-four cents <br />($1,040.24) for 2007. <br /> <br />In the event that the Kaiser Family premium increases above the <br />$1,121.04 during the term of this MOU, the City will increase it's <br />contribution in an amount equal to such increase. <br /> <br />42 <br />
