All disputes over interpretation or application of the parties' Card Check Agreement and over issues regarding how to carry out the chard check pro.cess or specific procedures shall be submitted to expedited binding arbitra1ion. The Card Check Agreement shall require forbearance by any labor organization from economic action including strikes. picketing, boycotts or other such. interference with the business oftbe Contractor at the work site of an OT2f1"t'7'ing drive covered by this Rule in relation to an organizing campaign only (not as to the tenDS of a collective bargain.ing agreement). so long as the Contractor complies with the terms of the Card Check Agreement. 6. Contractor shall enter into a Card Check Agreement not later than thirty (30) days from the request. If the Contractor enters into such an agreement with a labor organization, it must offer that same agreement to any other labor organization seeking to represent the Contractor's employees.
