<br />Partner Organization shall be billed $5,259.00 <br />payable to Public Allies Silicon Valley by <br />September 30, 2006; December 31, 2006, and March <br />31, 2007. <br /> <br />ii. Permit each Ally to participate in Bay Area <br />Community Resources' Kaiser health insurance plan; <br /> <br />iii. Accept from Public Allies information regarding <br />potential Allies, evaluate their suitability for <br />the position in good faith and, after evaluating a <br />reasonable number of Allies, use its best efforts <br />to hire an Ally for the position for the Term; <br /> <br />iv. For so long as Ally remains employed with Partner <br />Organization, permit Ally to receive Training and <br />be fully compensated for the one business day every <br />week of the Term when Ally is absent from the work <br />site due to Training; <br /> <br />v. If applicable, share organizational resources <br />(contacts, information, documents, etc.) in good <br />faith to help Ally's work on apprentices' team <br />service project ("Project") which is focused on <br />community service and improvement in partnership <br />with community-based organization(s), which would <br />otherwise be available pursuant to the Freedom of <br />Information Act; <br /> <br />vi. Provide Public Allies Silicon Valley with a clear <br />job description for the position during Partner <br />Organization search and placement process; <br /> <br />vii. Provide Ally with a clear job description for the <br />position during his or her first week on the job; <br />this job description should not materially differ <br />from job description given to Public Allies Silicon <br />Valley during search and placement process; <br /> <br />viii. Facilitate Ally's Supervisor or functional <br />equivalent ("Supervisor") in his/her effort to <br />provide guidance for Ally in fulfilling duties of <br />the position and use its best efforts, with the aid <br />of Public Allies, to give necessary skills training <br />applicable to the Position; <br /> <br />ix. Ensure that Supervisor attends three (3) half-day <br />supervisor meetings: including Partner Organization <br />Matching Orientation, Partner Organization Program <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />--- <br />
