Partner Organization shall be billed $5,259.00 payable to Public Allies Silicon Valley by September 30, 2006; December 31, 2006, and March 31, 2007. ii. Permit each Ally to participate in Bay Area Community Resources' Kaiser health insurance plan; iii. Accept from Public Allies information regarding potential Allies, evaluate their suitability for the position in good faith and, after evaluating a reasonable number of Allies, use its best efforts to hire an Ally for the position for the Term; iv. For so long as Ally remains employed with Partner Organization, permit Ally to receive Training and be fully compensated for the one business day every week of the Term when Ally is absent from the work site due to Training; v. If applicable, share organizational resources (contacts, information, documents, etc.) in good faith to help Ally's work on apprentices' team service project ("Project") which is focused on community service and improvement in partnership with community-based organization(s), which would otherwise be available pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act; vi. Provide Public Allies Silicon Valley with a clear job description for the position during Partner Organization search and placement process; vii. Provide Ally with a clear job description for the position during his or her first week on the job; this job description should not materially differ from job description given to Public Allies Silicon Valley during search and placement process; viii. Facilitate Ally's Supervisor or functional equivalent ("Supervisor") in his/her effort to provide guidance for Ally in fulfilling duties of the position and use its best efforts, with the aid of Public Allies, to give necessary skills training applicable to the Position; ix. Ensure that Supervisor attends three (3) half-day supervisor meetings: including Partner Organization Matching Orientation, Partner Organization Program 3 ---
