11. Additional Matters: This event is not a race. Therefore, all participants will <br /> obey traffic laws, and yield to pedestrian and vehicular traffic, where <br /> appropriate. Additional or further matters not herein described or <br /> contemplated in connection with the "Tour de Peninsula" shall not be <br /> effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> Employees of RhodyCo will be responsible for providing, placing, and <br /> collecting all cones involved in this event. <br /> <br />12.
