(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on January 28, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard, to approve by motion and authorize City Manager to execute, the <br />professional services agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. for transportation planning, financial <br />feasibility and economic analysis services related to the Redwood City Ferry Project in the <br />amount of $457,925 and authorize the City Manager to increase the agreement amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% not to exceed $503,718. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />JVV <br />Lupe Marin <br />Assistant City Clerk <br />
