These improvements are based on <br />the Design Development Plan approved by City Council last month. <br /> <br />ScoDe of Work <br />Our Scope of Work will be divided into three parts. This scope and project Roles and Responsi- <br />bilities are illustrated on the attached diagram, which was developed in collaboration with Claudia <br />alalia earlier. <br />1 . preparation of Construction Contract Documents for: <br />a. Gateway Arch at Middlefield/Marshall, <br />b. parking lot screen fence and planting behind Historic Museum, <br />c. miscellaneous sidewalk repairs and tree planting, <br />d. new streetlights on Middlefield, <br />e. installation of kiosk fabricated under separate contract, <br />f. electrical engineering (power taps, circuitry, etc. in relation to City supply). <br /> <br />These Construction Contract Documents will include layout plans. materials plans, <br />details, sections and specifications as necessary for public work bidding and con- <br />struction. The Documents will include a stamped. wet-signed electrical drawing and <br />calculations for all new electrical elements integrated into the City's existing electrical <br />service. The Documents will also include stamped, wet-signed preliminary structural <br />engineering calculations and details for the Gateway Arch. Final stamped, wet-signed <br />structural engineering for the Gateway Arch will be provided along with detailed shop <br />drawings by the contractor to be selected during the bid process. <br /> <br />2. coordination and facilitation of other work on MiddlefieldfTheatre Way II under sep- <br />arate contracts. <br />a.
