Morris Engineering for Structural Engineering of new streetlight and kiosk footings. <br /> <br />Budgets for subconsultants are below: <br />Arrow Signs, (proposal attached) <br />Electrical Engineer tbd <br />Morris Engineering <br /> <br />$8,000 to $10,000 <br />$5,000 <br />$2,000 <br /> <br />Fee Prooosal <br />Our fee proposal is based on our understanding of the work and the schedule developed with <br />Claudia alalia. We are already undertaking preliminary design and coordination tasks with the un- <br />derstanding that the contract will be approved. <br /> <br />Invoices will be submitted monthly on a time-and-expenses basis, with a detailed Timesheet show- <br />ing tasks completed and time devoted to each task billed at our standard billing rates (attached). <br />The proposal below estimates the fee for each phase. Fee may be adjusted between phases as <br />needed, but the total contract amount will not be exceeded without advance written authorization <br />by you. <br /> <br />1. 50% Construction Documents: $20,000. <br />complete 23 October 2006 <br /> <br />2.95% Construction Documents: $15,000. <br />complete 08 November 2006 <br /> <br />3. Bid Set Construction Documents: $5,000. <br />complete 15 November 2006 <br />
