Data collection of underground utilities at Middlefield/Marshall intersection will be contracted separately by the Agency. in coordination with me and City staff. We will have the following subconsultants working under contract to us: 1. Arrow Signs for the Gateway Arch. We understand that Arrow's participation as a subcon- sultant does not preclude them from bidding on the construction of the Gateway Arch. 2. An electrical engineer to be determined. 3. Morris Engineering for Structural Engineering of new streetlight and kiosk footings. We are already undertaking preliminary design and coordination tasks with the un- derstanding that the contract will be approved. Invoices will be submitted monthly on a time-and-expenses basis, with a detailed Timesheet show- ing tasks completed and time devoted to each task billed at our standard billing rates (attached). The proposal below estimates the fee for each phase. Fee may be adjusted between phases as needed, but the total contract amount will not be exceeded without advance written authorization by you. 1. 50% Construction Documents: $20,000. complete 23 October 2006 2.95% Construction Documents: $15,000. complete 08 November 2006 3. Bid Set Construction Documents: $5,000. complete 15 November 2006
