Construction Support Services: $9,500 <br />January-March 2007 <br /> <br />Total proposed contract: Fifty-nine thousand fIVe hundred dollars ($59,500.) including expenses and sub- <br />consultants. This is consistent with our Design Development fee estimate of $66,600. Our pro- <br />posal includes up to ten copies of each submittal for internal City review and one mylar copy for <br />signature. We will submit our final documents in Adobe Acrobat format for printing by the City or <br />for purchase by prospective bidders. Subconsultants will be billed at our cost plus ten percent for <br />administration. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal.
