SCOPE OF WORK <br />1. TASK ONE- <br /> <br />a. Inventory existing site conditions in detail, including adjacent offsite uses. Review <br />existing irrigation system with City maintenance staff. Consult with City arborist <br />regarding condition of existing trees. <br /> <br />b. Attend first community meeting at site to document input from the public and the <br />Boys and Girls Club, related to desired uses, improvements and features for the <br />park. The meeting will be led by City staff. Discuss results with staff afterwards. <br /> <br />Oeliverables: <br />Site Analysis/Evaluation, Summary/Recommendations, Meeting Graphics/Notes. <br /> <br />c. Consult with City staff to discuss and define modifications and features to be <br />included on the conceptual plan. <br /> <br />2. TASK TWO- <br /> <br />a. Describe and illustrate the proposed modifications and new or replacement features, <br />equipment and materials. The plan will include a proposed plant list and basic <br />notations regarding irrigation, all in conformance with City requirements. <br /> <br />b. Summarize all elements included on the conceptual plan. Provide catalog cut sheets <br />for proposed new or replacement equipment and components. <br /> <br />c. Estimate a range of construction costs. <br /> <br />d. Submit documents to City staff for review and comment. Meet for discussion <br />following review. Make revisions as requested by City. <br /> <br />Oeliverables: Written Description, Conceptual Plan and Trial Estimate of Costs. <br />
