TASK THREE - CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The following documents will be prepared <br />based upon the approved conceptual plan and estimate. <br /> <br />a. Existing Site Features / Removal Plan; 1 sheet at 10 scale. <br /> <br />b. Layout / Paving Plan; 1 sheet at 10 scale - addressing all required elements <br />including recreation equipment, site furnishings, paving, and restroom replacement. <br /> <br />c. Utilities / Drainage Plan; 1 sheet at 10 scale. <br /> <br />d. Planting Plan; 1 sheet at 10 scale. <br /> <br />e. Irrigation Plan; 1 sheet at 10 scale - same limits as for Planting Plan. <br /> <br />f. Construction Details sheets. <br /> <br />g. Construction Specifications (edited City Standard). <br />h. Final Cost Estimate. <br /> <br />Oeliverables: Items a through h, above. <br /> <br />i. Submittal of contract documents will be made to the City at 95% and 100% <br />completion, based upon a schedule to be determined. Any revisions required will be <br />made after each review. At that point a Final submittal will be made. <br /> <br />j. Respond to bidders questions as directed by staff. <br /> <br />k. Review Contractor's material submittals for compliance with contract documents. <br /> <br />I. Observe construction and prepare written reports with recommendations. <br /> <br />B. ITEMS PROVIDED BY OTHERS <br /> <br />1. AutoCAD electronic files of base plan for use in preparation of landscape contract <br />documents, showing all existing site features, plus easements, utilities and lighting. <br /> <br />2. Restroom replacement plans, details and specifications. <br />
