<br />Group <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />VII'." <br /> <br />VIII <br /> <br />"'The energy insulation fee charge is applic- <br />able to new residential constructions only <br />(group H and I occupancies) and shall be <br />effective upon February 22, 1975. <br /> <br />"'The noise insulation fee charge is applic- <br />able to new residenti.a1 constructions only <br />(group H and I occupancies) excepting <br />detached single family dwellings, and shall <br />be effective after August 22, 1974. <br /> <br />.., (f) (1) Notwithstanding the requirements set forth <br />in the Building Code, Mechanical Code, Plumbing <br />Code and Electrical Code (adopted by Sections <br />9.40, 9.70, 9.80 and 9.110, respectively), regard- <br />ing the obtaini.ng of permits, an applicant at his <br />option, when intending to construct a new building <br />or structure of a type included within the groups <br />listed in 303(a)(2) herein, may elect to apply for <br />a single permit in lieu of separate permits. The <br />single permit shall be a combination of the required <br />Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical permits. <br />The issuance of the single permit shall be dependent <br />upon the applicant complying with such requirements <br />as are prerequisites t.o .the issuance of the separate <br />permits encompassed thereby. <br /> <br />"'(f)(2) Prior to the issuance of a single permit <br />combining the Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and <br />Electrical permits, a fee shall be paid to the <br />Building Official. Such a fee shall be the total <br />of the fees prescribed by subsections (a), (b) <br />(d) and (e) above, in addition to a fee represent- <br />ing the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical permit <br />fees computed in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br /> <br />Description Combined Mechanical, <br />Plumbing, and Elec- <br />trical Permit Fee <br />Equals Percentage of <br />Basic Permit Fee <br />Determined from <br />Table No. 3A <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Dwellings 60% <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />Apts., Hotels, Motels, 110% <br />Offices <br /> <br />Restaurants 130% <br /> <br />IV <br /> <br />Industrial Buildings 70% <br /> <br />V <br /> <br />Hospitals 150% <br /> <br />VI <br /> <br />Service Stations, Churches <br /> <br />50% <br />125% <br />80% <br /> <br />Retail Stores <br /> <br />Swimming Pools <br /> <br />"'(g) Applications submitted to the Building <br />Department requesting inspection for the pur- <br />pose of determining compliance with City Build- <br />ing, Housing, Plumbing, E1ectri.ca1 and Mechani- <br />cal Codes shall be accompanied by a non- <br />refundable fee for such service computed in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />..4- <br />
