Group III VII'." VIII "'The energy insulation fee charge is applic- able to new residential constructions only (group H and I occupancies) and shall be effective upon February 22, 1975. "'The noise insulation fee charge is applic- able to new residenti.a1 constructions only (group H and I occupancies) excepting detached single family dwellings, and shall be effective after August 22, 1974. .., (f) (1) Notwithstanding the requirements set forth in the Building Code, Mechanical Code, Plumbing Code and Electrical Code (adopted by Sections 9.40, 9.70, 9.80 and 9.110, respectively), regard- ing the obtaini.ng of permits, an applicant at his option, when intending to construct a new building or structure of a type included within the groups listed in 303(a)(2) herein, may elect to apply for a single permit in lieu of separate permits. The single permit shall be a combination of the required Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical permits. The issuance of the single permit shall be dependent upon the applicant complying with such requirements as are prerequisites t.o .the issuance of the separate permits encompassed thereby. "'(f)(2) Prior to the issuance of a single permit combining the Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical permits, a fee shall be paid to the Building Official. Such a fee shall be the total of the fees prescribed by subsections (a), (b) (d) and (e) above, in addition to a fee represent- ing the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical permit fees computed in accordance with the following schedule: Description Combined Mechanical, Plumbing, and Elec- trical Permit Fee Equals Percentage of Basic Permit Fee Determined from Table No. 3A I Dwellings 60% II Apts., Hotels, Motels, 110% Offices Restaurants 130% IV Industrial Buildings 70% V Hospitals 150% VI Service Stations, Churches 50% 125% 80% Retail Stores Swimming Pools "'(g) Applications submitted to the Building Department requesting inspection for the pur- pose of determining compliance with City Build- ing, Housing, Plumbing, E1ectri.ca1 and Mechani- cal Codes shall be accompanied by a non- refundable fee for such service computed in accordance with the following schedule: ..4-
