<br />UI(1) Fireworks sales facilities shall be <br /> <br />located on property cleared of all combustible <br /> <br />materials for a minimum distance of 25 feet surround- <br /> <br />ing such facilities. No such facilities shall be <br /> <br />located within 25 feet of any service station; nor <br /> <br />within 25 feet of anyone location where more than <br /> <br />four motor vehicles are stores or parked adjacent <br /> <br />to, or_in close proximity to one another. All <br /> <br />fireworks sales facilities shall conform to the <br /> <br />requirements of Ordinance No. 1130, as amended, <br /> <br />the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood city. <br /> <br />111(2) All fireworks sales faciliti'es shall <br /> <br />meet the building requirements and electrical <br /> <br />requirements applicable thereto of the provisions <br /> <br />of Chapter 9 (as amended) of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. All such facilities in excess <br /> <br />of 20 feet in length shall have at' least two exits; <br /> <br />and each such facility in excess of 40 feet in <br /> <br /> <br />length shall have at least three exits spaced <br /> <br />approximately equal distance apart: provided, how- <br /> <br />ever, that in no case shall the distance between <br /> <br />exits exceed 20 feet. All lighting for such <br /> <br />facilities shall be of a type approved by the Fire <br /> <br />Department with regard to fire hazard requirements. <br /> <br />III (3) At least one adult person shall be in <br /> <br />attendance at all times while fireworks sales <br /> <br />facilities are being stocked, are in operation, <br /> <br />or are being dismantled. No person under the age <br /> <br />of 16 years shall be allowed to sell or dispense <br /> <br />fireworks, or otherwise work at a fireworks sales <br /> <br /> <br />facility. <br /> <br />-12- <br />
