Such roof <br />section shall be without openings.'" <br /> <br />"Section 12.16 Section 15.201 of the Fire Code is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"'Section 15.201 RESTRICTED LOCATIONS AND FIRE <br /> <br />PROTECTION. <br /> <br />(a) The storage of flammable and com- <br /> <br />bustible liquids in outside above-ground tanks is pro- <br /> <br />hibited within the City, except in zoning districts <br /> <br />where permitted or conditionally permitted as designated <br /> <br />in Ordinance No. 1130, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City; provided, however, that <br /> <br />such ,storage in existing above-ground tanks in other <br /> <br />zoning districts may be expanded subject to the terms <br /> <br />of the Zoning Ordinance and subject to compliance with <br /> <br />the provisions of this division and such further rcason- <br /> <br />able conditions, as may be required by the Chief. <br />"'(b) Fire protection shall be provided in accor- <br /> <br />dance with nationally recognized standards. h~en <br /> <br />required by the Chief, foam fire protection shall be <br /> <br />provided for any aboveground tank except floating roof <br /> <br />type, or pressure tanks operating at or above one pound <br /> <br />per square inch gauge pressure, and used for the storage <br /> <br />or handling of flammable and combustible liquids in the <br /> <br />following situations: <br /> <br />II I (1) vlhen such tank or group of tanks spaced <br />less than 50 feet apart, shell to shell, <br />has a liquid surface area in excess of <br />1500 square feet; <br /> <br />'f I (2) When such tank or tanks are used for the <br />storage of crude oil; <br /> <br />-16- <br />
