<br />serv~nts~ employees, or subcontractors in the presenta- <br /> <br />tion thereof, or a certificate evidencing the carrying <br />of appropriate public liability insurance for the <br />benefit of the applicant and the applicant's agents, <br />servants, employees and subcontractors, as evidence of <br />ability to respond in damages in at least such amount, <br />said insurance likewise to be approved by the city. <br />III (f) Any fireworks that remain unfired after <br />the supervised public display is concluded shall be <br />immediately disposed of- in a way safe for the -_particular <br />type of fireworks remaining. <br />"'~tion 12.104 (a) It shall be unlawful for <br />any person (including associations, corporations, clubs <br />or other organizations) to possess, store, offer for <br />sale, expose for sale, or sell at wholesale or retail <br />any fireworks except pursuant to a temporary fireworks <br />sales permit issued hereunder by the Chief. <br />III (b) The Chief shall have thc authority to <br />adopt reasonable rules and regulations for the granting <br />of temporary fireworks sales permits, and such permits <br />shall include such reasonablc conditions and require- <br />ments as, in the opinion of the Chief, are necessary <br />or proper to eliminate hazard to property or danger <br />to any person. <br />Il'(c) Temporary fireworks sales permits shall <br />permit only the sale of Ilsafe and sanell fireworks (as <br />that term is defined in ~12504 of the Health and Safety <br />Code of the State of California).
