The applicant shall file with the <br />Chief a bond issued by an authorized surety company <br />to be approved by the city, conditioned upon the appli- <br /> <br />cant's payment, in at least the minimum amounts herein- <br /> <br />after set forth, of all damages to persons or property, <br /> <br />including loss of life and loss of use of property, which <br /> <br />shall or may result from or be caused by the operation <br /> <br />proposed to be permitted, or ahy negligcn~c C~ th~ p~rt <br /> <br />of ,the':applicant,()r the .applicant' s agents, serVants, <br />or employees in conducting such operation, or a certi- <br /> <br />ficate evidencing the carrying of appropriate public <br /> <br />liability insurance for the benefit of the applicant <br /> <br />and the applicant's agents, servants and employees as <br /> <br />evidence of ability to respond in damages in at least <br /> <br />such amount, said insurance likewise to be approved by <br /> <br />the City. The minimum amounts of coverage of such bond <br /> <br />or insurance shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(I) for personal <br />.. <br /> <br />injury or death: $100,000 for each person and $300,000 <br /> <br />for each occurrence; (2) for property damage: $50,000 <br /> <br />aggregate; provided, however, that the Chief may require <br /> <br />greater amounts of coverage where the circumstances, <br /> <br />in the opinion of the Chief, involve greater than ordinary <br /> <br />risk to person or property. <br /> <br />-10- <br /> <br />.- <br />
