Any and all ordinances, or parts thereof, <br /> <br />including but not limited to the abovementioned Ordinance No. 1519, <br /> <br />in conflict with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed to the <br /> <br />extent o~ such conflict only. <br /> <br />SECTION 8.
