<br />penuit, or any provision thereof, duly issued pursuant to <br />the provisions of this article. <br />"(b) Any person violating any provision of this article, <br />or of any Code provision as adopted by this article, or any <br />amendment thereto as adopted by this article, or violating <br />any permit, or any provision thereof, duly issued pursuant <br />to the provisions of .this article, shall be deemed guilty <br />of a misdemeanor, and each such per::con sha 11 be deemed guilty <br />of a sep"lrate offense for each and every day or portion <br />thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions <br />of such codes, amendments, permits or provisions thereof, <br />is corrunit:ted, continued or permitted, and upon conviction <br />of any such violation, such person shall be punishable by <br />a fine of not more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or <br />by imprisonment for not. more than 90 days or by bo,th such <br />fine and imprisonment." <br />SECTION 7. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or p~rtion of this ordinance, or the Code adopted by <br />reference in this ordinance, or any a..:endment thereof, is for <br />any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, <br />distinct and independent provision anc such holding shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. <br />SECTION 8. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 9.
