<br />work in, outside, on, above, or under 2.ny building, str.lcture, <br /> <br />or other premises, includil1g, but not nece:-:;,<iclrily limi-ted <br /> <br />to, yards, carnivals, parking lots, and industrial substations <br /> <br />without first obtaining an electrical permit for such work, <br /> <br />(ii) perform any electrical work for the connection of any <br /> <br />electrical system, or electrical work to a supply of <br /> <br />electricity, without firs't obtaining an electrical permit <br /> <br />for such work, or, (iii) perform electrical work relating <br /> <br />to outside conductors or electrical facilities exterior to <br /> <br />any building, structure, or premises without first obtaining <br /> <br />an electrical permit for such electrical work. <br /> <br />"(b) To obtain an electrical permit, an applicant <br /> <br />shall first file an application therefor in writing on a <br /> <br />shall: <br /> <br />for.m furnished for that purpose.
