He shall approve or disapprove such <br />work or system in full, or in part, as the <br />conditions require. <br /> <br />He shall issue a certificate of approval <br />for any electrical work or system approved <br />by him, which certificate shall authorize <br />the covering, concealing or use thereof, <br />as the case may be. <br /> <br />Under circumstances not, in the opinion of <br />the Electrical Inspector, justifying issuance <br />of a certificate of approval, the Electrical <br />Inspector may give written temporary <br />permission to furnish electrical current <br />to, or, the use of electric current through <br />any electrical system for a period not to <br />exceed 30 days, when it appears to the <br />Electrical Inspector that such electrical <br />system may be USE.d safely for such purpose, <br />and that there exists an urgent necessity <br />for such use. <br /> <br />He shall condemn and reject all electrical <br />work or systems done, or being done, or <br />materials used, or being used which do not <br />in all respects conform to the provisions <br />of this article or the Electrical Code, and <br />shall order such changes in workmanship <br />and/or materials as will make the same <br />conform thereto. <br /> <br />Whenever the Electrical Inspector shall <br />find any buildi.,'q, structure, premises, or <br />part thereof, in or on which there is being <br />~aintained an electrical system, or electrical <br />work is being performed in violation of the <br />provisions of this article or the Electrical <br />Code, he shall notify in writing the owner, <br />agent, or other persons responsible for the <br />building, structure, premises, system, or <br />work, to correct such conditions, or to <br />remove, or cause to be reinstalled such <br />system, or work, in violation of this article <br />or the Electrical Code. Such notice shall <br />specify a reasonable time in which such <br />condition shall be corrected, or in which <br />such system, or work, shall be removed or <br />reinstalled, as the case may be.
