<br />II The terra 'electr .1.cal ",'Ode I as used in th is article <br /> <br />or the Electrical Code shall be deemed to mean and include <br /> <br />the installation, construction, maintenance, repair, or <br /> <br />alteration of any electrical system in, outside, on, <br /> <br />above, or under, any building, structure or premises. <br /> <br />II Sect.ion 9.112 <br /> <br />(a) The Building Department of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City shall enforce the provisions of this <br /> <br />article and the Elect.rical Code. When, in this article or <br /> <br />the Electrical Code, the words 'Electrical Inspector' are <br /> <br />referred to, such words shall mean the Chief Building <br /> <br />Official of the City of Redwood City, his deputies, and/or <br /> <br />his duly appointed assistants. <br /> <br />"(b) The Electrical Inspector shall carry official <br /> <br />identific~tion of his office, and upon display thereof <br /> <br />shall have the right of entry into and upon all buildi.ngs <br /> <br />and premises in the City of Redwood city for the purpose <br /> <br />of making inspections, or othenJise performing such duties <br /> <br />as may 0e necessary or convenient for the enforcement of <br /> <br />the provisions of this article aL~ the Electrical Code, <br /> <br />and subject to the requirements of law for such inspections <br /> <br />or the performance of such duties. <br /> <br />"(c) The Electrical Inspect0r shall perform the <br /> <br />following duties: <br /> <br />" (1) <br /> <br />"-- <br /> <br />He shall maintain such public office hours <br />as are necessary to conduct efficiently and <br />carry out the duties imposed on him by this <br />article and the Electrical Code.
