PROPOSED A..?1END!1ENTS REGARD.ING CE.RTAIN FUNDS. <br /> <br />In the event that certain proposed ordinance of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, entitled "Ordinance Amending Sections 2.36, 2..4l..l, <br /> <br />and 32.8 of the Code of the City of Red\V'ood City Relating to <br /> <br />the Designation and Purposes of Certain Funds Therein Specified, <br />Repealing Section 2.41.2 of said Code relating to the Sales <br /> <br />Tax Capital Expenditure Fund, and Pro'Jiding for the Disposi,tio:"l <br />of Unexpended Unencumbered Monies in said Funds," is not <br />adopted or does not become effective in accordance with the <br /> <br />terms thereo~, or until such time as said ordinance becomes <br /> <br />effective, the funds 'designated in the budget adopted herein as <br /> <br />the "Equipmenf: Service Fund" and the "Capital Outlay Fund Ii shall <br /> <br />have the purposes and terms ascribed to, and be designated as, <br />the "Equipment Replacement Fund" (as said fund exists pursuant to <br />the provisions of Section 2.36 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City prior to the effective date of the aforesaid proposed <br /> <br />ordinance) and the "Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund" (as said fund <br /> <br />exists pursuant'--to the provisions of Section 2.41.1 of the Code <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City prior to the effective date of the <br /> <br />aforesaid proposed ordinance), respectively. <br />\ <br /> <br />- 5 - <br />
