REPEAL. Ordinance No. 1495, adopted June 21, <br />1971, and alJ ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 14?5, and <br />resolutions authorizing or revising appropriations mentioned <br /> <br />therein, and all ordinances in conflict with the terms of this <br /> <br />ordinance to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed, <br /> <br />effective July 1, 1972. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. EFFECTIVE DATE AllD OPERATIVE DATE.
